Paddle's Buyer Terms include a minimum 14-day refund window for most purchases, and this policy describes how Trackly honors that obligation. Please read these terms carefully.

Trackly offers subscription-based services that provide immediate access to premium features once payment is confirmed. Except where this Refund Policy or applicable law provides otherwise,subscription fees paid to Trackly are non-refundable after the initial 14-day period following your purchase.

We encourage all users to review our service features and pricing carefully before committing to a paid subscription plan. You can manage plan changes or cancellations at any time through your account settings.

2. Subscription Plans

Trackly offers multiple subscription plans (Starter, Basic, Pro) with different features and pricing. All plans provide immediate access to their respective features upon subscription. Users can upgrade or downgrade their plans at any time through their account settings.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

  • Effect of Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the paid features of your plan until the end of your current billing period (e.g., end of the month for monthly subscriptions, end of the year for annual subscriptions). You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
  • No Prorated Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a subscription term if you cancel before the end of your current billing period.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds requested within 14 days of the initial charge are eligible for review in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms. Beyond that 14-day window, refunds are only available under the specific circumstances outlined below or where required by law.

  • Initial 14-Day Period: If you are within 14 days of your original purchase and are dissatisfied, please contact us. We will coordinate with Paddle to evaluate your request consistent with their Buyer Terms and applicable consumer laws.

  • Service Unavailability: In the rare event of prolonged and significant Service unavailability (e.g., major outages not attributable to factors beyond our reasonable control) that prevents you from using core features of your paid plan, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial or full refund for the affected period.
  • Legal Requirements: Refunds will be provided where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds are not typically granted for reasons such as:

  • Forgetting to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
  • Not using the Service after subscribing.
